Padraic Nee Grad IOSH has over 24 years experience working in one of the most highly safety regulated  industries 'Aviation'. He is an EASA Part 66 licenced aircraft engineer, during his 25 years  in aviation he has been involved in maintenance on light aircraft such as Cessna, Piper, Britten Norman and large aircraft such as Boeing 737 , B 747, B757 and Airbus A300, A320.  In the last 19  years Padraic  held a maintenance management role. This role involved full responsibility for the airworthiness of the airlines BN2 Islander Fleet, developing maintenance programmes, call up on maintenance and ensuring maintenance is preformed to an airworthiness standard, development of safety  management systems, risk assessment and internal & external auditing.
 
In aviation he is involved in organising training and delivery of training to aircraft engineers, pilots, ground staff and fire fighters, this training involves safety related procedural changes, maintenance data changes and changes to European EASA regulations . He also is a member of the airports emergency fire service.

Padraic Nee is also a Health and Safety professional he holds a Grad IOSH, In recent years he has started to provide various safety training courses outside of aviation, such as forklift, manual handling, working at height, abrasive wheel,  pesticide training, tractor safety, PAT Testing, etc. to other industries, construction, retail, motor industry, health workers.
